Kiwi Tennis is a New Zealand owned and operated business.
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for any sessions that you miss during the term for any reason, unless for serious injury (we require a doctors note). If you are to miss a session(s) for whatever reason you must tell us in advance and then we can potentially organise you to come to another session during the week for a make-up.
We also reserve the right to change the time, day and location of the booked session if we feel it necessary. If this happens we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible.
We do not accept returns for any good or services.
On completion of the booking and payment process you will receive an email confirmation that your booking has been confirmed.

How to book?
To book onto a coaching course please add the session(s) you would like to join into your shopping cart.
Placed are strictly limited and are only reserved once payment has been processed.

Club members discount
Active club members receive a members discount on all of our advertised coaching sessions. To utilise the discount you must type in the Coupon Code at the Checkout at the time of booking.
The members discount code changes every term to prevent non-members from utilising the discount. If you are an active member at one of our tennis clubs then you will need to get in contact with us in order to receive the code.
In the case of booking for two children where one child is a members and one is not, a separate booking will need to be made for each child.
Please note that all customers memberships will be checked by that clubs membership lists at the end of each term. If the code has been misused you will be billed (via invoice) to the amount of the discount.
Wet Weather Policy
In the case of bad weather please check our Wet Weather Cancellation page below (we will post a message saying that the group has been cancelled 20mins before the start time.
Please be aware that we use modified tennis equipment in our programme to suit each individual requirements (age, size and ability). If you would like advice on this equipment prior to your childs' course please contact us.
Although we make every effort to run all of the organized coaching sessions listed, we must have a minimum of four people booked in for the sessions to run.
Newsletters, photography and social media
Please be aware that if you have signed up for a coaching programme, you are granting us permission from time to time to (a) Use your details to send you Kiwi Tennis only newsletters, with relevant news and updates (b) take pictures of you during the coaching sessions that we may use on our social media and newsletter channels. No data will be passed over to a third party.
