Want to get involved in our high pace, high intensity, fun workouts? Cardio Tennis is the activity for you.This session will keep you on your toes. Completing a tough cardio workout whilst engaging in great core stability and overal fitness. A fantastic class for you to improve your fitness whilst having a great time! 

You can now sign up for TERM 2 2020.

Term 2: 18th May - 27 June (6 weeks- Wet Weather Week 29 June - 5 July if needed).
